- 1 rabbit cut into pieces
- 1 diced onion
- 1 diced fennel
- 8-9 carrots sliced
- 1 bunch marjoram tied together
- 9 cloves garlic sliced
- apple bacon sliced into cubes
- 1 bottle red wine
- butter, olive oil and salt and pepper to taste
