  • 2 and 1/2 cups bittersweet chocolate
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 6 medium eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • chocolate sauce: equal parts dart choclate and water cooked down

    melt bittersweet chocolate and heavy cream together. Set aside

    Separate eqq yolk and egg whites. Add 1/2 cup sugar to egg ylks. Whip for a couple minutes until sugar dissolves(will be pale yellow in color) Whip egg whites into a firm peak. Add melted chocolate misture into egg yolks. fold egg whites into mixture, a little at a time. butter ramekins and sust with sugar. Refr.for 10 minutes and add mixture. Put in waterbath and in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes. cool for up to two hours overed in frig. Warm before serving and on warm plate unmold top with chcolate sauce..
