• 5 lbs flat iron steak
• 1 onion diced
• 7 carrots sliced thick
• 3 portabella mushrooms cut into small pieces
• 1 bunch fresh thyme
• 4 bay leaves
• 6 oz bacon cut into quarter size pieces
• 1/2 pound oyster mushrooms diced
• 6 cloves garlic
• salt and white pepper
• 1 bottle burgendy wine
