Hot Pecan Dip
You’ve enjoyed it for 17 years at the “Klosterman’s Derr Road Inn” and now it’s yours to reap the compliments. You’ll never hear the end of them!
ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 8-ounce cream cheese, sotened
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 1/2 oz. dried beef, cut in thin strips
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup sour cream

1. Mix pecans with butter & salt.

2. Bake at 350 degrees for 15

minutes. Set aside.

Dip

1. Thoroughy mix all ingredients,

except sour cream.

2. Fold in sour cream and pour into a

baking dish/pie pan.

3. Sprinkle with nut mixture and bake.

4. Serve hot with crackers or party
