Low-Calorie Cheesecake
ingredients
- 2 reduced fat graham cracker crusts
- 1/2 c boiling water
- 1 small package sugar-free lemon jello
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2c fat-free cottage cheese
- 8oz frozen fat-free cool whip
directions
Pour boiling water into blender and add gelatin. Process until gelatin is dissolved. Ass lemon juice and 1c. cottage cheese. Process at high speed until smooth. Add remaining cottage cheese and process until smooth. Pour into large mixing bowl, add frozen whippped topping and mix until smooth. Pour 1/2 mixture into each graham cracker crust. Chill until set.
