Pam's Brunch/Breakfast Casserole
This casserole makes a great excuse for family to get together. Because you do the prep work the night before, the cook can even enjoy the meal with family!
ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb sausage
- 3 cups milk
- 9 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp salt
- pepper, to taste
- 1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1 1/2 lb grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 slices of bread
directions

Brown and drain sausage; crumble.

Beat together milk, eggs, salt, pepper and dry mustard. Add to sausage.

Toast and crumble bread. Add bread and cheese to mixture.

Pour mixture into a 3 qt casserole dish; refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
