Fried Chicken in the oven

ingredients

  • 2 C cream (parve)
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 8 chicken breasts split and bone in, skinned
  • 2 1/2 C corn flakes, crushed
  • 3/4 C bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne
  • 2 tbsp vegetable Oil

directions

Whisk cream, mustard, 2 tsp of salt 1tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp black pepper and hot sauce together in a bowl. Add chicken, turn to coat well, cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight. Adjust rack to upper midle position and heat to 400 degrees. Line pan with foil and spray with oil. Gently toss corn flakes, bread crumbs, remaining garlic, black pepper, salt poultry seasoning, paprika and cayanne ina dish until well combined. Drizzle oil over crumbs and toss until coated. Work with one piece at a time remove from marinade and dredge in corn mixture. Bake until brown Rating:
