Brown Derby Salad Dressing

- 1/3 C red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 C olive oil or salad oil
directions
In a screw top jar, combine all ingredients except the oil. Cover and shake to mix.
Add oil; cover and shake to mix.
Chill thoroughly. Shake before using.
