Peanut Butter Fudge
One of my favorite fudges
ingredients
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 2/3 cups sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 (10-ounce) package peanut butter morsels
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
directions
Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil in a large saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 5 minutes; remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients; stir until smooth. Pour into a greased 9-inch square pan; cool. Cut into squares.
