ingredients
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2-3 pieces of thinly sliced ginger root
- 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic (or garlic capsule if fresh is too strong)
- Boiling water
directions
Mix all ingredient in a cup, pour in boiling water, let steep 5 minutes, drink it, and feel better.
notes
To be used as prevention during cold and flu season or may be used 3 times a day if you’ve already got the bug.
