Gram's Ravioli
ingredients
- Dough
- 5 cups of flour
- 5 cups of semolina flour
- 5 Eggs
- Pinch of salt
- Add water to reach desired texture
- Filling
- 2 Lbs. of ricotta cheese
- 1 Lb. ground beef (raw)
- 4 Eggs
- 2 T. parsley
- 1 cup grated Romano cheese
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Garlic powder to taste
- Makes about 170 ravioli depending on size.
- Boil 8 - 10 minutes.
- Serve with your gravy.

Make dough into long log and flatten, add row of filling, fold, cut with knife in desired size and fork edges.
