ingredients
- 1 # feta cheese, cut in pieces
- 1 pint cottage cheese
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c regular cream of wheat
- 1/4 c oil
- 20 oz. bag spinach, cut in pieces (remove thick stems)
- 8 green onions, tops/include green leaves
- 1 T dill
- 1/4 c parsley, chopped
- s&p to taste
- 1 # filo dough
- 3/4 # butter, melted
