Pork Chop Marinade

I originally found this marinade for pork chops, but I have used it with pork tenderloin and for chicken. It is always a big hit!
ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. vegetable oil
- 4 pork chops
directions
Combine all ingredients. Put meat in large zip-lock bag and add marinade. Marinate for desired time.
