Teriyaki Chicken
Juicy chicken broiled to perfection with a teriyaki sauce. Serve with steamed short grain rice with the marinade for dipping.
Combine ingredients in a large plastic zip lock bag. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Reserve marinade. Place chick in shallow pan, skin side down. Broil 8-10 inches from heat for 15 minutes, turn. Baste with sauce and broil another 15 minutes. May need to broil another 15 minutes after turning. Serve with steamed rice.

Place chicken under broiler for 15 minutes, then turn, baste in sauce and broil another 15 minutes. Depending on thickness of chicken pieces, another 15 minutes broiling after turning again may be needed.
