Mexican Chicken Casserole
ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
- 1 pkg Doritos
- 1 box Velveeta cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
directions
Boil chicken until done; debone and place chicken into bowl. Add soups, broth and rotel tomatoes; mix well. Crush bag of Doritos and put layer (1/2 bag) on bottom of casserole dish. Cover with soup mixture; sliced Velveeta cheese. Repeat layers and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly hot.
