Beef Stroganoff
ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb round steak, cut into thin strips
- 1/4 cup flour
- Dash pepper
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 can (4 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 cup shopped onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 cups noodles, cooked
directions
Dust steak with flour and pepper mixture. In skillet, brown meat in butter. Add mushrooms, onion, and garlic and brown slightly. Stir in beef broth; cover and cook about 1 hr until meat is tender. Stil in sour cream and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Serve over noodles.
