Chinese Cabbage Salad
ingredients
- 6 TBS. Red wine Vinegar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 TBS White Sugar
- 2 package broccoli coleslaw mix
- 2 (3 oz) package chicken flavored
- ramen noodles
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 oz. tasted slivered almonds
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted
directions
In a large bowl, combine the broccoli mix, crushed uncooked ramen noodles, green onions and cilantro. Toast almonds and sesame seeds, add to vegetables. In a Tupperware milkshake mixer, mix vinegar, oil, sugar, flavoring from ramen noodles, salt and pepper. Shake until blended, pour over salad.
