Chinese Cabbage Salad

ingredients

  • 6 TBS. Red wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 TBS White Sugar
  • 2 package broccoli coleslaw mix
  • 2 (3 oz) package chicken flavored
  • ramen noodles
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 oz. tasted slivered almonds
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted

directions

In a large bowl, combine the broccoli mix, crushed uncooked ramen noodles, green onions and cilantro. Toast almonds and sesame seeds, add to vegetables. In a Tupperware milkshake mixer, mix vinegar, oil, sugar, flavoring from ramen noodles, salt and pepper. Shake until blended, pour over salad.
