For making decorative art as in ornaments, sculpted objects, etc.
ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup salt
- 1 cup water
- Varnish
- food color
- hair pins

Mix to playdough consistency. Divide and color with food color. (Red: use half of a LARGE bottle. Use lots of yellow, and just squirts of other colors)

For flesh color; use 2 drops yellow to 2 drop red.

Arrange on foil. Bake at 250° for 45 min. to 1 1/2 hours. Feel for doneness. Will slide off.

Use high gloss varnish (quart size). Apply four coats and let DRY in between. Use hair pins for hanger hooks inserted in the dough.

Wash hands when changing colors.
