Speedy Steak and Shrimp Stir-Fry
Great flavor with beef, seafood, veggies, and pasta all in one dish!
ingredients
- 8 oz angel hair pasta, uncooked
- 2 cups broccoli florets, snow peas, peppers, carrots, and/or red onions (any combination of veggies)
- 1 lb sirloin, cut into small pieces
- 1/4-1/2 lb shrimp, uncooked or cooked
- 3/4 cup Kraft Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing- Light
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper

Cook pasta as directed on package, adding all vegetables to the boiling water for the last 3 minutes of the pasta cooking time.

Spray large non-stick skillet and heat on med-high. Add beef and cook to desired amount stirring occasionally. Add uncooked shrimp for a few minutes until opaque, or cooked shrimp for just the last minute. Stir in remaining ingredients, cook 1 minute.

Drain pasta mixture and pour into large bowl. Add beef and shrimp mixture. Mix lightly. Spoon evenly into bowls.
