(No Boil) Easy Cheesy Lasagna
ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef, turkey or Italian sausage
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- One 28-32 oz. jar (3 1/2 c.)spaghetti sauce
- 3/4 c. water
- One 8 oz. package wide lasagna
- 2 c. ricotta cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 T. chopped parsley
- 3 c. (12 oz.) mozzarella cheese
- 2 c. fresh spinach
directions
Heat oven to 375°. In 10-inch skillet brown meat, onion and garlic; drain. Return meat mixture to skillet, stir in spaghetti sauce and water. In small bowl, combine ricotta, Parmesan and parsley; set aside. In 9 x 13" glass baking dish, layer one-third of sauce mixture, half of uncooked lasagna noodles, half of ricotta mixture, half of the spinach, and half of mozzarella cheese; repeat layers, ending with sauce mixture. Cover tightly with foil. Bake 1 hour. Uncover, sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

This is the easiest lasagna recipe I've found because you don't have to cook the noodles first.
