Sweet Potato Souffle

ingredients
- For souffle:
- 1 large can of sweet potatoes, drained
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/4 stick butter
- For topping:
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350°.

Beat together souffle ingredients with mixer and place in casserole dish.

Mix together topping ingredients and place on souffle mixture.

Bake for 35 minutes.
