Egg Salad

ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 4 heaping tsp. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. sweet pickle relish
- 1 tsp. mustard
- Salt and pepper
- Bread for sandwiches
directions

Boil eggs in water for 10-12 minutes. Cool in water.

Peel and slice/cube eggs.

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Adjust seasonings as desired with salt and pepper or more mustard or mayonnaise.

Spread on toasted bread.
