Swedish Pecan Cookies
ingredients
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar, sifted
- 1Â 3/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp vanilla

Cream butter and sugar. Stir in flour and pecans. Add vanilla.

Chill in refrigerator for one hour.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Roll dough into small balls between palms and place on greased cookie sheets, press down with tines of a fork

Bake 10-12 minutes.

Sprinkle with confectioners sugar while still warm.
