Chinese Chicken Stir Fry
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp water
½ lb. boneless, skinless chicken
breast cut into thin strips
1 package dry ranch mix (1 oz)
Frozen vegetable medley, thawed (16 oz)
Heat oil in large skillet or wok. Add chicken. Stir in Ranch mix.
Add vegetables and water. Stir fry about 2 minutes.
