Croquette au Blé d'Inde
Dad said that Grand-maman Brunet used to make these when he was a boy.
ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 1 can of corn
- oil or lard for frying (ok, so the lard was in the “way back when” days, but can still be used)
directions

Mix all ingredients. Heat oil. Drop batter by the tbsp, or 1/4 cup depending on how large you want them. Fry on both sides (be careful for popping corn..LOL)

Drain on a paper towel and Enjoy!!
