Feta, Olives and Sun Dried Tomatoes Crostini
ingredients
- 4 oz.Cream cheese
- 4 oz sun dried tomatoes
- 1 cup feta cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 Tbls milk
- 1 baguette 1/2 in slices
- 1/4 cup ripe olives chopped
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- Fresh Basil for garnish

Combine cream cheese, feta, and milk, beat till smooth

Combine olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and garlic salt in separate bowl; set aside

Place baguette slices on a baking sheet. Bake at 425 for 5 minutes. Turn and brush generously with melted butter. Bake an additional 5 minutes until golden and crispy

Spread a dollop of cream cheese on buttered side of each bread slice; top evenly with olives mixture. Garnish with fresh basil leaf.
