Vegan Carob Chip Cookies
This recipe uses no milk, Egg Replacer, and carob chips to make it vegan and still tasty.
ingredients
- 2 C flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 C brown sugar
- 1/4 C maple syrup
- 1/3 C corn oil
- Egg Replacer for two eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 C vegan carob chips

Preheat oven to 350*F.
- 2
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, starting with the wet dry ingredients, then adding the rest. Drop the dough by spoonfuls onto baking sheets, about 2 inches apart.

Bake until golden brown, 15 to 18 minutes. Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
