Four Layer Delight
ingredients
- 1 c flour
- 1/3 c chopped pecans
- 1/2 c butter
- 16 oz cool whip, divided
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 2 small boxes instant chocolate pudding
- 2 c milk
- 2 c evaporated milk
directions

FIRST LAYER: Mix flour, butter, & pecans. Pat into 9x13 pan. Bake crust at 350 for 10 minutes. Cool.

SECOND LAYER: Combine half of the cool whip, cream cheese and powdered sugar. Spread over cooled crust.

THIRD LAYER: Combine chocolate pudding, milk & evaporated milk. Mix with mixer until thickened. Spread over cream cheese layer.

FOURTH LAYER: Top with the remaining Cool Whip. You may sprinkle nuts on top. Refrigerate until serving.
