Stir Fried Chickem Asparagus
Try great-tasting dish can be prepared in a matter of minutes using our Healthy Stir-Fry cooking method with no heated oils.
ingredients
- 2 onions -cut in half and sliced medium thick
- Bunch asparagus - cut in 1 inch lengths- about 4 cups when cut
- 2 tbs chicken stock
- 2 tbs fresh minced ginger
- 6 cloves of garlic, pressed
- 4 chicken breasts cut into inch pieces
- 4 tbs soy sauce
- 2 tbs rice or balsamic vinegar
- 2 pinches red chilli flakes
- Salt & pepper to taste

1.Heat the broth in wok and stir fry onion and asparagus for about 3 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly.

2.Add ginger, garlic, chicken and continue to stir fry for another 3-4 minutes stirring constantly.

3.Add soy sauce, vinegar and red chilli flakes. Stir together and cover. Cook for 2 – 3 minutes (possibly longer if asparagus thick) Season with salt and pepper to taste.
