Pumpkin Chiffon Pie
ingredients
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 envelope gelatin
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1/2 t. nutmeg
- 1/2 t. ginger
- 3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 c. sugar
directions
Combine sugar, gelatin, salt and spices. Combine egg yolks and milk. Mix together. Cook til comes to boil. Stir in pumpkin. Chill. Beat egg whites and add sugar – fold together.
