Thanksgiving Stuffing
ingredients
- 1 batch of cornbread
- 3 slices dried white bread
- 1/2 sleeve of saltine crackers
- 6 T. butter
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 3 1/2 c. chicken stock
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. sage
- 1/2 T. poultry seasoning
- 3 beaten eggs
directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Crumble breads in one big bowl, set aside. Melt butter and saute onion and celery in it. Pour over bread mixture. Add stock. Add seasonings. Add eggs. Pour into a greased pan and bake until cooked, about 45 minutes.

This is my favorite thing to have as leftovers after Thanksgiving. I love putting a big scoop in a bowl of Daddy's Taco Soup.
