Healthy breakfast for strict diets.

ingredients

  • 1 scoop favorite whey protein (vanilla, chocolate, banana)
  • 1/2 cup uncooked oats (optional - do not add for a low carb diet)
  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 1/4 cup water
  • olive oil cooking spray
  • 1/4 cup sugar free syrup

directions

Mix protein, oats, eggs, and water. Coat a small non-stick pan with cooking spray and heat. Pour the batter into the pan to make one large pancake. flip the pancake when the batter starts to bubble. Cook for an additional minute. Be Careful not to over cook as it will get tough. Plate the pancake and add warmed sugar free syrup.
