Grandma Ann's Mexican Dip

This is perfect served with chips and a cold beer.
ingredients
- 1 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1 16 oz. container sour cream
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1/2 onion chopped/ or scallions
- 1/2 green pepper chopped
- 1/2 tomato chopped
- 1 16 ox bag shredded cheese
directions
Mix cream cheese, sour cream and a little more than 1/2 the taco seasoning with a mixer. Spread in a dish. On top layer green pepper, onion and tomato. Sprinkle with cheese and rest of taco seasoning. Refrigerate until ready to use.
notes
Fits well in pie plate.
