Mary Jane's Rum Cake
ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 instant vanilla pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup Bacardi rum
- 1 cup pecans or walnuts
- Glaze:
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/8 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup rum

Butter and flour a Bundt pan. Line bottom of pam with walnuts or pecans, chopped.

Mix all ingredients (except nuts) and pout into pan. Bake for 1 hour at 325°.

Glaze: Combine ingredients and bring to boil. Poke holes all over cake and pour glaze over and into holes until completely absorbed.
