Peanut butter cookie - crunchy and delicious!
ingredients
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup white Karo syrup
- 1 1/2 cups peanut butter
- 6 cups Special K cereal
- 6 oz. chocolate chips (1 cup)
- 6 oz. butterscotch chips (1 cup)
directions
Combine sugar and Karo and bring to full boil. Combine peanut butter and special K, then blend with syrup. Pat into 9x13 inch pan - lined with tin foil and lightly greased. Melt choco and butterscotch chips separately. (Buttersc. takes longer) Blend melted chips together and spread on top of bars. Cool then cut into 1 3/4 x 1 5/8 inch squares.
