BAKED FRENCH SWIRL TOAST
ingredients
- 1 16oz Pepperidge Farm Cinnamon Swirl Bread,cubed
- 3/4 cup cranberries or raisins
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups half and half or milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Cinnamon-sugar or confections’ sugar
- Whipped butter
- Maple syrup

PLACE bread cubes and cranberries in greased 3 quart shallow baking dish. Mix eggs, half a half and vanilla. Pour over all. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight. Uncover.

Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until golden brown and set on center. Sprinkle with with cinnamon-sugar. Serve with butter and syrup.
