Coke Salad

  • 1 large box Black Cherry Jello

  • 1 can Coke, cold

  • 1 can Bing Cherries-no sugar added

  • 1 small can crushed pineapple

  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened

  • walnuts, optional

  • Drain cherries and pineapple, save juices. Make jello according to package directions, except substitute coke for the cold water. In a blender add cream cheese and cherries. Pulse until blended yet still chunky. Add researved juices if needed. Add cream cheese mixture to jello and add in pineapple and nuts, Stir well. Refridgerate until set.
