Chicken Pasta Skillet

  • 1 lb boneless skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into small pieces
  • 1 medium Green Pepper, sliced
  • 1 small Onion, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups Water
  • 2 cups Rotini Pasta, uncooked
  • 1 jar (26oz) Spaghetti Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Save a shopping List


Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add green pepper and onion. Cook and stir and additional 3 to 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender. Add water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in pasta, making sure pasta is covered with water. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until pasta is tender. Stir in sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and reduce heat to low. Continue cooking 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture is heated through.
