ingredients

  • 2 tsp lemon zest (from 3 lemons)
  • 1/2 C fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 C cold water
  • 1 1/4 C sugar
  • 1 tbsp vodka

directions

Mix zest, lemon juice, water, sugar and vodka.

Place mixture into ice cream maker and process.
