Daveen's Pan Chicken
ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts (cut in half)
- 1/2c Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4c Olive Oil
- 1 tab of Dijon mustard
- 1 tab lime juice
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp Rosemary, thyme, tarragon
- 3 green onions

Marinate for at least 1 hour in fridge
- 2
Pan fry for at least 3-5 min on each side with marinade depending on thickness of chicken

Serve with a bed of rice
