Kahlua Bonbons

ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
- finely rolled
- 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1 Tbsp. instant coffee
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup Kahlua or Tia Maria
directions
Blend all ingredients well. Roll into small balls. Dust with additional confectioners’ sugar. Let stand several days in covered wax papered tin.
