Almond Bread Pudding
ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 250ml milk
- sugar 30g
- butter 50g
- 4 slices Brioche
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 tbsp ground almond

Slice and butter brioche (about 1.5cn thick), place the buttered side up into the oven until crispy. Then layer the brioche in a pudding dish, sprinkling the almond between the layers.

Whisk eggs, sugar, milk adn vanilla essence. Pour over the brioche and leave to soak for 15 min.

Place the pudding dish in a preheated oven (180 degrees Celsius) and bake for 35-40 min.Leave for 5 min.
