Bowlby fruit cobbler / Apple crisp

ingredients
Fruit Cobbler- 2 1/2 cups fruit, peaches,berries or any combination
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
- 2 cups packed brown sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup butter
- 6-8 medium granny smith apples
- 2 tbs granulated sugar
- vanilla ice cream

For cobbler: pour fruit into 8x8 pan or double recipe for a 9x13 pan. Mix together flour,sugar,salt,cinnamon & butter. Top fruit and bake @ 375 for 45-50 minutes.

For crisp: arrange sliced apples in a 9x13 pan, sprinkle with granulated sugar. Combine oats,brown sugar,flour,cinnamon and a dash salt.

Cut in butter till mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over apples and bake @ 350 for 40-45 minutes. Serve with ice cream.
