Chicken and Rice Casserole
ingredients
- 3 cups (or more) cooked diced chicken
- 1 package Uncle Ben’s long grain & wild rice
- 1 can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
- 1 jar chopped pimentos
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 1 can french style green beans (drained)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- Salt & pepper to taste
directions
Mix all ingredients, pour into 3 quart casserole. Bake 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
