Chicken Casserole
ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can French onion soup
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 can water
- 1/2 cup dry sherry
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups long grained white rice (not minute)
- 8 boneless chicken breasts
directions
Melt butter in large roasting pan. In the meantime heat all the soups plus the can of water until bubbly. Add the sherry. Pour rice evenly over melted butter. Place chicken breasts on top of rice and pour soup mixture over everything. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake 3 hrs at 275 degrees
