Macaroni and Cheese
ingredients
- 1/2 lb elbow macaroni
- 4 Tbs butter
- 2 eggs
- 10 oz sharp cheddar
- 1 tsp dijon
- 1/2 cup milk
- salt and pepper, to taste

Cook pasta to al dente and drain. Return pasta to pot and toss with butter until coated.

Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and dijon together. Stir into pasta and add cheese.

Heat over low heat until creamy.
