ingredients
- 3c.sugar,1 1/2c water,1tbsp.lemon juice,1tspn.rose water or orange water.
directions
dissolve sugar in water,add lemon juice,boil,skim foam from top,continue to boil,stir occasionlly until thick.add rose,or orange water,cool.[thicker syrup can be made by vigorous boiling,for thin syrup add more water,reboil.]
