Balsamic Carmel Sauce
ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream, divided
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp. water, maybe more
- 4 Tbsp. bal;samic vinegar
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
