Mediterranian Baked Fish
ingredients
- 5 oz. fillet of Fish
- 1 teaspoon of Capers
- 1 Italian plum tomato - chopped
- 2 Tablespoons white wine
- 1/2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano

pre-heat oven to 400°

Rinse and pat dry fish.

Place in oven safe dish.

Mix wine, oil, seasonings - set aside.

Top fish with capers, tomato.

Pour wine mixture over it.

Bake 10-12 minutes.
