Breakfast Pie
ingredients
- 1 unbaked frozen pie shell -- 9 inch
- 6 eggs
- 1 C sharp cheddar cheese -- shredded
- 12 slices bacon -- cooked and crumbled
- 1 C milk
- 1/3 C onions
- salt
directions
Thaw pie shell, then bake in a 425 degree oven until lightly browned (about 5 minutes). Cool on a wire rack.
Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees. Sprinkle cheese, bacon and onion into pie shell.
Bake 30 - 35 minutes until a knife inserted halfway between the center and edge comes out clean.
Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
